Requirements

• Manage and schedule content across two social media platforms
• Repurpose podcast and event content into reels, carousels, and quotes
• Write engaging, on-brand captions and perform hashtag research
• Set up and manage email marketing campaigns using tools like MailerLite, ConvertKit, or Flodesk
• Create welcome sequences, event reminders, and broadcast emails
• Design marketing content for events, newsletters, and social media using Canva
• Support podcast production: editing, uploading, show notes, and audiogram creation
• Distribute episodes to podcast platforms and promote across channels
• Organize and maintain systems using ClickUp, Google Drive, and Slack
• Set up basic automations via Zapier or other platform-native tools
