Gentek is a leading manufacturer and distributor of vinyl/aluminum siding and windows and other exterior home improvement products. We are seeking a Paint Line Supervisor to manage a team of 22 to 30 unionized employees and drive safe and efficient operations in their department.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a supervisor in a manufacturing environment
• Technical skills in industrial engineering or mechanical engineering
• Knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical and instrumentation techniques
• Experience in a unionized environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Bilingualism in English and French (written and spoken)
• Leadership and communication skills
