Job Description
The Account Representative I role involves building or expanding a book of business, converting competitors' business, and expanding assigned medium-sized accounts to become large accounts, while fostering customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Increases revenue and profitability through generation of new business and further development of existing accounts.
- Generates new leads by networking, cold calling, researching various directories and internet sites.
- Maintains customer contact and manages customer expectations.
