Account Representative I

The Account Representative I is responsible for building or expanding their book of business through converting competitors' business and expanding their assigned medium-sized accounts to become large accounts, while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Generate new leads by networking, cold calling, researching various directories and internet sites
• Interact face-to-face with customers to foster strong relationships and maintain satisfaction
• Deliver effective sales presentations and ensure technical requirements are met
• Assist with on-site troubleshooting of customers' concerns
• Work with and coordinate vendor resources to build relationships and support sales
