Oversee & supervise daily store operations, support & develop team to ensure outstanding service to customers, and coach and develop team members.

Requirements

• Previous supervisory experience or readiness for the next step
• Previous retail or trade experience, including sales, wholesale, and/or workshop operations experience
• Mechanical / automotive parts knowledge (ideally)
• Flexible availability
• Valid driver's licence
• Physical capacity to perform duties (including handling heavy products)
• Prioritise safety
