Assistant Store Manager - Repco Ingleburn - Fixed Term

Assist in overseeing and supervising daily store operations, supporting and developing team members to provide outstanding customer service. Role involves a Monday-Friday roster and every 2nd Saturday.

Requirements

• Previous supervisory experience or readiness for that next step
• Retail or trade experience, including sales, wholesale, and/or workshop operations experience
• Flexibility in availability and a valid driver's license
• Physical capacity to perform duties, including handling heavy products
• Prioritization of safety
