Job Description
We are looking for a Counter Service employee to join our NAPA family. The job involves providing and sourcing parts for specialized equipment, assisting team members, and providing outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate has a background in the automotive industry or experience in parts stores.
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License
- Previous experience in a parts store or automotive industry
- High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Great listening skills and empathy for customer
- Ability to work on or around an airport environment in a shop environment
