We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our FPS Business Unit in Sunshine West, Australia. Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service (industrial or trade environment desirable)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
• A proactive approach with a strong customer-first mindset
• Experience using CRM or order processing systems (advantageous)
