Job Description
The Director of Strategic Imperative Transformation is responsible for driving the execution and success of the organization’s key transformation initiatives, partnering cross-functionally with business and functional leaders to ensure alignment with enterprise priorities and measurable outcomes.
Requirements
- Own and lead assigned transformation imperatives
- Partner with VP, Strategy & Transformation and Senior Director, Transformation Office
- Serve as the Executive Sponsor’s embedded Transformation Lead
- Translate executive vision into actionable business plans
- Drive integration of imperatives across business units and functions
- Lead regular cross-functional working sessions
- Oversee development of implementation plans and dashboards
- Establish governance routines for progress reviews and reporting
- Identify risks and develop mitigation plans
- Proactively escalate and drive decisions
- Partner with Change Management and Communications teams
- Reinforce the culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement
- Serve as a trusted leader, advisor and thought partner
- Lead and mentor team members
