Job Description
The NAPA Auto Parts Private Fleet is seeking a motivated individual with a desire to start a career in the fast-paced, rewarding transportation management business. The Fleet Supervisor will be responsible for managing the operations team, training, development, and performance, as well as ensuring safety policies are adhered to.
Requirements
- 4 years of prior dock/warehouse Lead experience in the transportation industry
- At least 2 years of LTL experience
- Basic written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Leadership experience and skills
