Job Description
The Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) supports Motion's Executive, Finance, and Operational Leadership by contributing to world class financial analyses and providing thought-provoking, value-adding insight into financial performance.
Requirements
- Introduces best practices, supports alignment and improvements of FP&A processes.
- Establishes goals and related priorities to mentor, coach and evaluate direct reports.
- Establishes and serves as a business partner with operational leaders to drive additional profitability through analysis and reporting.
- Analyzes profit & loss statements and/or constructs pro forma financials, explaining variances and monitoring actions to ensure delivery of financial commitments.
- Designs and builds presentations, models, and reports to effectively communicate performance with business leaders.
- Develops new analysis and creative solutions to problems.
- Drives standardization and continuous process improvement for standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and dashboards
- Assists manager with ad hoc projects as assigned.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
