On-Site Support Specialist

Under limited supervision, the On-Site Support Specialist performs support functions for a customer site, providing excellent customer service and acting as a lead/mentor to other employees. The position requires a high school diploma and 3-5 years of related experience, with industry experience and product knowledge preferred.

Requirements

• Provide excellent customer service
• Act as a lead/mentor to other employees
• Perform support functions such as ART, VMI, driving, delivery, crib attendant, storeroom work, and/or customer service
• May need to be certified to operate a forklift
