Job Description
The Site Manager is responsible for monitoring store sales performance, identifying and solving problems, developing good customer relations, and supervising employees. The position requires a high level of service to customers, attention to detail, and a safe work environment.
Requirements
- HS Diploma or equivalent required
- Technical school, and/or college degree a plus
- Demonstrated leadership in the automotive after-market service industry
- Possess high character and always deals fairly with both employees and customers
- Strong leadership to create a high performance team via customer focus, open communication, and willingness to coach and provide feedback
- Personal drive, self-motivation, and initiative to accomplish company goals
- Analytical problem solving skills
- Capable of operating TAMS point-of-sale system and cataloging
- Able to use adding machine and process cash, check, and credit card transactions
