Sr Customer Service Representative

Responds to customer inquiries, provides quotes, takes customer orders, and influences Gross Profit through negotiation. May act as subject matter expert and back-up for Operations Manager.

Requirements

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide quotes
• Take customer orders via telephone, fax, email, electronic methods or walk-in
• Maintain inventory levels for Consignment customers
• Negotiate sale and purchase prices
• Proactively generate sales
• Act as mentor/lead to lower level employees
• Participate in training sessions for professional growth and development
