We are looking for a Counter Sales Associate to join our NAPA family. As the 'face of the retail store', you will provide auto parts answers and solutions for customers, use technology to assist with customer interactions, and promote a positive consumer experience.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License
• Previous experience in a parts store or automotive industry
• High School Diploma or GED
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Great listening skills and empathy for customers
