We are looking for a NAPA Counter Sales associate to provide auto parts answers and solutions for retail and wholesale customers. The ideal candidate will have a background in automotive parts or a willingness to learn, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping customers.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License
• Previous experience in a parts store or automotive industry or willingness to learn
• High School Diploma or GED
• Technical or Trade school courses or degree
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Great listening skills and empathy for customers
