Job Description
We are looking for a Counter Sales associate to provide auto parts answers and solutions for retail and wholesale customers. The ideal candidate has a background in automotive parts, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn. As a NAPA Counter Sales associate, you will be the face of the retail store, assisting customers, and using technology to answer questions and process transactions.
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License
- Previous experience in a parts store or automotive industry or willingness to learn all things auto parts
- High School Diploma or GED
- Technical or Trade school courses or degree
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Love fast paced retail environments
- Great listening skills and empathy for customers
