Store Counter Sales

We are looking for a Counter Sales associate to join our NAPA family, providing auto parts answers and solutions for retail and wholesale customers, and assisting other team members with customer inquiries. The ideal candidate will have a background in automotive parts or a willingness to learn, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License
• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous experience in a parts store or automotive industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Great listening skills and empathy for customers
