Store Parts Professional

A Parts Professional provides prompt and courteous service to customers and assists with parts orders and customer issues. They must have a high school diploma, be ASE certified, and have excellent communication and organizational skills.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, or equivalent
• ASE Parts Specialist (automotive) certified
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Able to establish and maintain good relations with customers
• Be functionally literate and capable of understanding and recognizing part numbers and line codes
• Able to work retail hours at any store location as assigned by management
