Store Parts Professional

A Parts Professional provides prompt and courteous service to customers, processes orders with high accuracy, and assists customers with technical questions and problems. The role involves implementing sales practices, maintaining customer satisfaction, and performing administrative tasks.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, or equivalent
• ASE Parts Specialist (automotive) certification
• Ability to establish and maintain good relations with customers
• Functionally literate and capable of understanding and recognizing part numbers and line codes
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work calmly under pressure
• Able to operate a vehicle equipped with a manual transmission
• Able to work retail hours at any store location as assigned by management
