Job Description
We are seeking a Store Parts Professional to provide prompt and courteous service to customers, process orders, and assist with customer needs in a fast-paced setting. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, be able to work calmly under pressure, and have a thorough knowledge of products and operating policies.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, or equivalent, required
- Able to establish and maintain good relations with customers
- Be functionally literate and capable of understanding and recognizing part numbers and line codes
- Demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills
- Be ASE Parts Specialist (automotive) certified
