Job Description
This role is critical in driving improved commercial terms and ensuring direct/product supply agreements align with business objectives, mitigate risk, and support sustainable supplier partnerships. You will take a proactive, balanced approach to contract management — focused on collaborative supplier relationships while achieving mutually beneficial commercial outcomes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in procurement, contract management, or supply agreement roles, ideally within a complex or multi-category environment
- Strong knowledge of commercial contract terms & conditions, supply chain dynamics, and risk management principles
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and build consensus
- Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret complex contract language and assess business impact
- A proactive, results-driven mindset focused on achieving business objectives
- Experience with procurement systems and contract management software (advantageous)
