Work Health and Safety Business Partner - Rowville

We are looking for a Safety professional who is committed to developing a people centric safety culture. The ideal candidate will have experience in workplace health and safety and will be able to promote safety and build manager competencies and accountabilities to drive improve safety outcomes and continuous safety improvement across the business.

Requirements

• Qualification in workplace health and safety or a related area
• At least 2 years’ experience as a People leader
• Strong communication and influencing skills with experience in risk assessments
• Ability to influence decisions and achieve practical solutions
• Experience rolling out safety systems and Safety Culture forward programs across multiple locations
• Skilled in managing incident responses, reporting, and investigations
• Proven ability to work well with a variety of people inside and outside the company
