Field Sales Manager

As a Field Sales Manager at Polypipe, you'll drive regional growth through specification sales and partnership development with merchants. This role balances account development with front-line sales execution.

Requirements

• Proven sales experience, exceeding targets, preferably within the construction sector
• Preferable experience of working within a manufacturing business in field sales role
• Experience of specification and channel sales in commercial building segments
• Ability to communicate, present and influence at all levels of the organisation
• Commercial savvy with understanding of customer motivations linked to ability to develop tactics for negotiation and solution orientated business development
