We are looking for a Regulatory Actuary to analyze and understand the financial implications of our policyholders' experiences. The role involves monitoring and influencing emerging Long Term Care insurance regulation, engaging with state regulators, and collaborating with internal teams to advance strategic objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline
- ASA designation
- 5+ years of actuarial experience in Long Term Care insurance or other long-duration insurance products
- Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication
- Strong relationship-building, collaboration, and influencing capabilities
- Ability to operate independently with sound judgment and minimal supervision
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Excel, VBA, Access, Word, and PowerPoint
- Foundational programming skills
