Requirements
- 1+ year of HVAC experience (residential preferred)
- Valid driver’s license
- 18+ years old
- Proven sales / selling experience in residential HVAC
- Brings energy, accountability, and a get-after-it mindset
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, always-improving environment
- Hungry to learn and level up
- Boiler experience = BIG bonus
- Strong communicator with both teammates and homeowners
