HVAC Selling Technician

We're looking for an HVAC Selling Technician to join our team at Genz Ryan. As an HVAC technician, you'll build trust with homeowners, diagnose issues, and guide them to the right heating and cooling solutions. You'll also be responsible for selling equipment and services, and working with our install team to ensure customer satisfaction. In return, you'll receive a competitive compensation plan, including 20% commission on services sold and completed, and up to $50 per membership signup. You'll also have access to ongoing training, company vehicle, and other benefits.

Requirements

• 1+ year of HVAC experience (residential preferred)
• Valid driver's license
• 18+ years old
• Proven sales / selling experience in residential HVAC
