Job Description
Genz Ryan is seeking a Lead HVAC Installer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 1+ year of HVAC install experience, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude. They will be responsible for installing furnaces, ACs, and accessories, as well as handling various other tasks.
Requirements
- 1+ year of HVAC install experience (residential preferred)
- Valid driver's license with a clean record
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- Open to learning and growing your skill set
- Solid communication and basic tech comfort
- Able to pass a background check and physical work simulation
- 18+ years old and willing to work within a 60-mile radius of Burnsville
