Job Description
As a Cluster Manager, you are responsible for the profitable management of our sites, taking into account contractual obligations and market developments. You ensure that customer requirements are met in accordance with ebit norms and quality standards.
Requirements
- Determine operational and commercial policy for existing customers.
- Prepare and monitor the annual budget.
- Customer relationship management with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Ensure service delivery in accordance with service level agreements.
- Responsible for business excellence and stakeholder satisfaction.
