Job Description
Join GEODIS as a Customs Specialist - Entry Writer and serve as the customer service liaison between GEODIS and customers. Select appropriate carriers and process documents, communicate with customers and teams, and maintain accurate shipment data.
Requirements
- Intermediate proficiency in AS400 and Cargowise
- Minimum 3 years' experience in custom brokerage, importation or exportation of goods
- Familiarity with potential client systems including ERP systems, TMS and WMS applications
- Intermediate efficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Excel
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
