GEODIS is seeking an Ocean Import/Export Coordinator to join their team. As a global third-party logistics provider, they power A Better Way to Deliver for the world's top brands and manufacturers. The successful candidate will be responsible for assigning carriers to loads, developing and implementing system parameters, and serving as the daily direct point of contact for clients.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of related experience and/or training
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or coordinator role
- Experience with CargoWise
- Experience with Transportation Management Systems
- PC literate with experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Access, and Excel
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask
