Operations Manager

The Operations Manager will oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory integrity, order fulfillment, and movement of goods. The role involves establishing operational procedures, ensuring physical condition of warehouse and equipment, and partnering with customers to maintain high levels of satisfaction.

Requirements

• Experience with warehouse management systems preferred
• Experience with labor management systems and productivity initiatives preferred
• Lean certifications preferred
• Must be PC literate and proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
