QESH Coordinator - SPL

A QESH Coordinator in the air cargo sector is responsible for implementing and monitoring quality, environmental, safety, and health policies and security policies, specifically directed at the air transport sector, through audits, risk analyses, procedures, training, and compliance with legislation such as various ISO standards, to ensure a safe, compliant, and high-quality operation, with a focus on our air cargo location Schiphol.

Requirements

• Manage and improve quality systems (ISO 9001), conduct internal/external audits, and prepare work instructions.
• Comply with environmental legislation, manage environmental management systems (ISO 14001), and pay attention to sustainability.
• Conduct Risk Inventory and Evaluation (RI&E) and Task Risk Analysis (TRA), organize toolbox meetings, and handle incidents/accidents.
• Implement and follow all security standards, such as TAPA FSR and any additional customer requirements and legislation specific to air cargo.
• Ensure compliance with relevant aviation legislation, such as ADR (transport of hazardous materials), and other company- and customer-specific requirements.
• Create awareness and increase safety awareness among employees.
• Serve as a liaison between management, employees, customers, and authorities.
