Requirements
- 3 years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1 year experience in customer service or coordinator role
- Experience with Transportation Management Systems
- Experience with optimization tools preferred
- Intermediate computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Professional email and phone etiquette
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask
