Job Description
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will support Talent Acquisition Advisors in identifying potential candidates, partner with recruiters, and conduct interviews. You will also maintain a tracking system, manage scheduling, and perform recruitment advertising.
Requirements
- Entry-level position; some experience and/or training helpful; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge of the recruiting process
- Knowledge of sourcing and networking options to identify candidates.
- Knowledge of behavioral interviewing
- PC literate with experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Access, and Excel
