GEODIS is seeking a Talent Advisor to develop and implement a talent plan that supports business unit strategy, source top talent, and manage the employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of corporate recruiting experience, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of employment law.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in corporate recruiting; preferably in business development, sales, warehousing, logistics
- Experience in regional recruiting for both exempt and non-exempt positions
- Experience in sourcing and networking to identify candidates
- Experience building relationships with business leaders to identify talent gaps, needs, risk, and plans for action
- Experience with an Applicant Tracking System
