Job Description
As a Warehouse Operations Team Lead, you will be responsible for directing a team of employees, coordinating shipping schedules, and performing warehouse duties such as unloading and moving freight, pulling and preparing product for shipment, and operating equipment safely. You will also be responsible for maintaining equipment, participating in rework and repack of product, and assisting in maintaining the security of the warehouses.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalent
- 2 to 4 years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience leading others
- Experience with warehouse equipment
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Synapse training preferred
