We're seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead our Quality Hub in India, Bengaluru, ensuring high-quality standards and expansion. Key responsibilities include operations leadership, KPI accountability, and team management.
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience as a Quality Manager
- Experience within the manufacturing or mechanical engineering industry with strong focus on Quality Control
- Able to read and understand technical Engineering Drawings (ideally for CNC machined parts at a minimum) including competency with GD&T, CMM and surface finishing
- 3+ years' experience working in supplier development
- Experience with hiring and managing a team
- Fluent in English
- Strong IT skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- Excellent communication skills
