FP&A Manager

Our Opportunity: GPJ is hiring a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager to support our business. The role is hybrid, requiring on-site presence to our Auburn Hills office location a minimum of 2 days per week.

Requirements

• Collaborate with the FP&A team to facilitate and contribute to strategic financial planning and decision-making.
• Ensure accuracy and alignment in annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis, variance analysis, and performance tracking to identify trends and opportunities.
• Lead in preparing comprehensive financial reports in Jedox for senior management and stakeholders.
• Prepare and monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts to develop financial plans and metrics.
• Prepare Client P&L’s, Contribution Margin, and Product Line reporting for senior management and stakeholders.
