Job Description
Aquatech is seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager to oversee the company's financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis functions. The successful candidate will lead the design, buildout, and management of Aquatech's global FP&A organization and provide actionable insights to drive financial performance and support data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
- Evaluate, design, and implement a new global FP&A organization
- Consolidate and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results
- Develop FP&A reporting templates to standardize and automate ongoing analysis
- Provide strategic and operational recommendations to drive long-term financial results
- Lead the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting cycles
- Partner with executive leadership to evaluate growth opportunities and cost optimization strategies
