Job Description
At Aquatech, we are looking for a Director of Global Financial Planning and Analysis to oversee the company's financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis functions. The ideal candidate will have advanced financial modeling and analytical skills, proficiency with ERP systems and financial planning tools, and excellent communication and presentation skills.
Requirements
- Evaluate, design, and implement a new global FP&A organization
- Consolidate and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results
- Develop FP&A reporting templates to standardize, automate, and improve ongoing analysis
- Provide strategic and operational recommendations that drive long-term financial results
- Lead the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting cycles
- Partner with executive leadership to evaluate growth opportunities, acquisitions, capital investments, and cost optimization strategies
- Build and maintain robust financial models to support business initiatives
- Develop executive dashboards and KPI reporting
- Translate complex financial data into clear insights and recommendations
