Job Description
At Aquatech, we are seeking a FP&A Manager to join our team and help drive financial performance and support data-driven decision-making. The successful candidate will design, buildout, and manage Aquatech's first standalone global FP&A organization, overseeing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis functions.
Requirements
- Evaluate, design, and implement a new global FP&A organization
- Consolidate and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results
- Develop FP&A reporting templates and provide strategic and operational recommendations
- Lead the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting cycles
- Partner with executive leadership to evaluate growth opportunities and cost optimization strategies
- Build and maintain robust financial models to support business initiatives
- Develop executive dashboards and KPI reporting
- Translate complex financial data into clear insights and recommendations
