Job Description
GPJ is hiring a Lighting Designer to support various clients. The role involves crafting the visual ambiance for productions, collaborating with technical directors, and managing lighting teams. The position requires a moderate to expert skill level with Vectorworks CAD and an understanding of industry technology for lighting, video, rigging, and show control.
Requirements
- 5+ years of direct lighting design experience in the event and/or entertainment industry
- Moderate to expert skill level with Vectorworks CAD
- Understanding of industry technology for lighting, video, rigging, and show control
- Ability to travel 50%
- Ability to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
