Sewing Professional

GPJ is looking for a Fabric Finisher to join their fabric finishing team. The Fabric Finisher will be responsible for inspecting, calculating, measuring, trimming, matching, sewing, fitting, and packaging printed and unprinted fabric and vinyl graphics.

Requirements

• 1+ years working in a deadline-driven environment
• Clear understanding of the need to successfully accomplish tasks/projects to completion by a specific deadline
• Competency in sewing technique, terminology and application
• Understanding of basic math and geometry
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Basic tradeshow and exhibit industry knowledge
• Ability to learn and use new skills effectively
• General computer knowledge and the ability to learn basic spreadsheet software
• Manual dexterity and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
