Job Description

The role involves estimating projects and assisting estimators with bid preparation, as well as supervising construction schedules and crew coordination.
Requirements
- Pursue projects to bid.
- Execute quantity takeoffs (using takeoff systems i.e. Agtek).
- Prepare estimates (using software by Niche, Bid2win).
- Review estimates with senior estimators.
- Submit prepared bids assuring accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare construction and subcontract Agreements.
- Arrange construction schedules.
- Schedule crewing, equipment, subcontractors, etc.
- Produce monthly progress billings and sub pay estimates.
- Review production status daily.
