Intake Registered Nurse 7pm - 7am

The Intake RN will provide professional nursing care to patients, assess their care needs, plan and implement nursing care procedures, evaluate patient progress, and modify care plans as necessary. The position requires bi-lingual skills (English/Spanish) and a plus.

• Test for vital signs of pain
• Document patient information
• Maintain patient confidentiality
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Perform administrative assignments
