Georgetown University comprises two unique campuses in the nation’s capital. The Associate Director of Strategy & Operations, MBA Program Office, assists in the effective delivery of an exceptional MBA experience for approximately 950+ Full-time, Flex, and Flex Online MBA students.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 4 to 5 years of relevant work experience
• Experience working in student services and/or higher education
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Self-starter with sound judgment, professionalism, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a collaborative and student-centered approach.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, including Google Sheets/Excel; familiarity with database software or student information systems is a plus.
• Enjoys working with students from diverse backgrounds and is committed to supporting an inclusive community
