Director of Endpoint Management

Georgetown University is seeking a Director of Endpoint Management to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for the university's endpoint devices. The Director will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of these assets, ensuring they are deployed, managed, secured, and maintained to support the university's academic and administrative functions.

Requirements

• Developing and implementing the strategic vision and roadmap for endpoint management services.
• Leading, mentoring, and managing a team of endpoint engineers and specialists.
• Overseeing the procurement, deployment, configuration, and maintenance of all university-managed endpoint devices.
• Enforcing endpoint security policies, including patching, encryption, antivirus, and compliance.
• Managing the university's endpoint management platforms (e.g., Microsoft Intune/SCCM, Jamf).
• Overseeing the budget for endpoint hardware, software, and related services.
• Managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts for endpoint-related products and services
