Dive Master Apprentice, Dive Immersion

The Dive Master Apprentice is responsible for delivering the Dive Immersion Programs, ensuring safety, efficiency, and exceptional guest experience. They will provide in-water or top-side support for the programs and participate in training and developmental classes.

Requirements

• Conducts the daily delivery of Dive Immersion Programs
• Maintains the highest level of safety and quality of the Dive Immersion Programs
• Participates in training and developmental classes
• Fulfills assignments of program roles on rotational basis
• Set up and inspects open circuit dive equipment
• Meets all applicable requirements as outlined in Georgia Aquarium’s Diving Operations and Procedures Manual
• Adheres to all dive safety policies and procedures
• Regularly performs guest experience dives
• Maintains the highest standards of professionalism, proper appearance, and work area cleanliness
• Regularly interacts on behalf of Dive Immersion with guests, media, and other departments within Georgia Aquarium
• Performs other functions for Dive Operations
