Staff Attorney

Georgia Legal Services Program (GLSP) is seeking a Staff Attorney to work in Henry County as part of the Piedmont Regional office. The attorney will provide legal services in Henry and Newton counties, with a focus on housing rights, family law, and Temporary Protective Orders for survivors of domestic violence.

Requirements

• Represent clients and litigate cases in a variety of forums
• Draft advice letters, briefs, motions, and memoranda
• Conduct community legal education sessions and engage in outreach activities
• Participate in action teams that explore and solve systemic issues affecting clients
