We're a team that specializes in lead generation, and we're looking for a Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist to help us identify opportunities for conversion rate optimization and develop and implement CRO strategies to improve user experience and increase conversion rates.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make decisions
- Experience in conducting A/B tests
- Result-Oriented: Performance-focused mindset with measurable success
- Knowledge of Unbounce and Google Analytics
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Autonomy and Proactivity
- Fluency in English
- Excellent Communication Skills
